Dear Beverley Chase (Rod & Gun),

This note is to say “thank you!” for all the work getting the logistics and refunds for Sharon and me after the balance of our trip in Argentina was canceled due to a family death. The hassles you handled on our behalf is what really makes the difference between you and your organization and others. I know our “lead organizer” is already working on our group for the next trip with Rod & Gun.

If someone wants to know why he should go through you versus doing their own travel arrangements—send them my way and I’ll let them know in clear and certain terms.
